I am currently a User Experience (UX) Specialist in Innovation, Information & Technology Branch (IITB) at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). I review and evaluate ESDC’s intranet content and create a better UX for employees who are searching for information management and information technology (IM/IT) services. I have been responsible for the creation of multiple Design Thinking artifacts such as personas, journey and stakeholder maps, affinity diagrams as well as analyzing the initiatives data through root cause and Pareto analysis. I have been also the lead for prototyping ideas and presenting these to users for testing and validation.
I possess a degree in Computer Science with specialization in Human-Computer Interaction. I successfully completed my PhD in June 2017.
